Great Article for eProcurement Afficionados
Debbie Wilson did a great research piece for Cool Tools for Purchasing on eProcurement catalog usage trends. It reinforces a belief I've long held that over-engineering catalog implementations (and the software that supports them) can be deadly. It's a must read if you have or are planning an eProcurement implementation. Flat files are dead! Long live flat files!
